The BirdieBall PuttUp® features a newly designed modular return ramp with long putt feedback. Need to practice those difficult long putts at home, but working with limited space? Not many of us have 20+ feet of space to set up a long putting green at home, so BirdieBall has engineered the perfect solution to get a feel for those long putts in a much shorter space.
When you putt uphill on a ramp, you are applying additional energy to that putting stroke that needs to be accounted for. The PuttUp® Ramp is the first putting ramp that takes into account the additional energy needed for your ball to travel up the ramp and scientifically translates that additional energy into corresponding lineal putt distances. For example, on a 10' long green, aim for the hole lined up with +12' marker on the ramp to practice a simulated 22' long putt.
The PuttUp® is a 2-in-1 green. Use with the ramp installed to simulate longer putts, or remove the ramp to practice on a perfectly rolled flat putting green. With the ramp installed, simply line the holes up with the corresponding marker on the ramp to practice a putt of that additional distance from where you are standing. Freely move your putting green up or down the ramp to line up your holes with the distance you would like to practice.

How Does the PuttUp Work?
Equipped with the same great features that set BirdieBall Indoor Putting Greens apart (true roll, grain, stimp-controlled, portable, etc.), you are now able to practice up to a 22' long putt (in only 10' of space) on the most accurate rolling putting surface on the market. In addition to the benefits of practicing speed control for multiple distances, the PuttUp incline will return missed putts to you, allowing you to practice with multiple golf balls at a time without moving from your position. Practice dead-flat putts by removing the ramp, or practice breaking putts with the ramp installed. Store the PuttUp® away when not in use by easily rolling up the putting green and moving the lightweight modular ramp.
Example Putt Distance Calculations (If the person putting is standing 10’ from the holes on a 4' x 10' green)
Hole 1: 14' Simulated Putt (10' + 4' = 14’)
Hole 2: 16’ Simulated Putt (10' + 6' = 16')
Hole 3: 18’ Simulated Putt (10' + 8' = 18’)
Hole 4: 20’ Simulated Putt (10' + 10' = 20')
This is monumental, because it means that you can practice up to a 22' long putt in only 10' of space at home. These calculated putt distances increase as your putt position moves farther from the holes. On an 18' long putting green, the simulated putt distance increases to a simulated putt of up to 30' long. The BirdieBall PuttUp Ramp simulates scientifically calculated additional roll-out distance in a short space. This means that you can now practice longer putts in a very limited space. The energy needed to get the golf ball up the ramp simulates the energy needed to sink longer putts. With only 10 feet of space, you can now hone in your putting distance and speed of much longer putts.

On a natural putting green, the ball rolls on the spongy sub-base that is rolled flat. The speed of the ball is controlled by the nubs of grass. All BirdieBall Putting Greens are measured in nominal inches. In order to get the green packed in a box for shipping, along with the hand crafted nature of our greens, the measurements can vary slightly.
ASSEMBLY
To practice with the PuttUp™ Ramp, assemble the light-weight modular ramp using the detailed instructions provided. Place the green on the ramp, and secure in place using the provided bar.
To practice with the green flat, simply unroll the green, install the cups/flags, attach the bumpers, and you're good to go. The entire assembly process takes only 5-10 minutes.
CARE
Please note that our indoor putting green is designed for INDOOR use only. If you require a green for outdoor or high-traffic applications, check out our outdoor/indoor putting greens.
When it comes to caring for your indoor putting green, it's important to treat it with the same level of care as a natural green on a golf course. Imagine actions you wouldn't do on a natural putting surface, such as walking in someone's line, taking chip shots, or wearing high heels. These activities can cause damage to your indoor putting surface, just as they would on a natural green. By handling your BirdieBall Indoor putting mat with care, you can enjoy its durability for years to come!
CLEANING
Maintaining a clean green is easy. Simply use a stiff broom to brush away any loose debris. Gently clean any dirt spots with mild soap and water, and avoid using a vacuum cleaner, as the rotating drum can damage the surface.
