Orders are currently shipping within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed.

*The following products take extra time in production: Putting Greens with a custom logo on the surface, Putt-Ups, ShufflePutts and Putter Stands. Please allow for up to 10 days in production for these items.

Orders go into production quickly, so it is difficult to accommodate order edits and cancellations. We will always do our best to accommodate order changes, but cannot guarantee that any changes can be made. Reach out to customer service with any order edit requests and we will do our best to accommodate! (*Please note that order cancellations will not be refunded the transaction fee of 2.6% that we will be charged. If using Shop Pay Installments, the transaction fee is 6%).


BirdieBall Dozens are shipped via FedEx Express 2-Day Shipping, when STANDARD shipping is chosen ($11.99-$15.99) at checkout. If you order one of the following combinations, your order will be automatically upgraded to 2-Day Express shipping and shipped in a FedEx Express Pack: 1 Dozen, 2 Dozens, 3 Dozens, 1 Dozen + 1 Velocity Tee, or 2 Dozens + 2 Velocity Tees.

Any other order combinations (such as 4+ dozens, a dozen with a putting green, or a dozen with a set, etc.) will ship via the shipping service selected at checkout. 


    We are currently only able to accept orders via the website to the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand. This is due to complicated shipping costs and import rules. If you are located somewhere else in the world and would like to inquire about placing an order, please send us an email with your full shipping address and product/s you would like to order. We will respond with a shipping quote and then help to place an order.

    For items shipping into Canada and any other International location, the order will be shipped via FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Ground service. Please note that the shipping charge assessed at checkout DO NOT include any duties/fees that will be assessed by customs and the import country. You will receive a separate bill from FedEx to pay those charges.

    The following products cannot be ordered via the website and shipped to Canada due to the complex nature of the products on the website: Build-your -own Classic greens, and Build-your-own Double Depth greens. If you would like to place an order for one of those products, reach out to Customer Service by emailing and we would be happy to get you a quote and help to place the order! 7.5' Wide Turf Putting Greens and Hill-Strikers cannot be shipped to Canada due to the size of the products.  


    *All Putting Greens need to ship to a physical address, please do not provide a PO Box for the shipping address.*

    Economy Shipping Thresholds

    Orders $0.00 - $32.99: $6.99 economy shipping

    Orders $33.00 - $99.99: $11.99 economy shipping

    Orders $100 or greater: Free economy shipping

    Free economy shipping is offered on all orders over $100, shipping to the lower 48 states. Transit time for the Economy service is between 5-10 business days. This free shipping option will ship via one of the following services, depending on which service is best suited for your order:

    - FedEx SmartPost (a combination of FedEx and the US Postal Service)
    - USPS
    - FedEx Ground/Home Delivery

    Ground Shipping Thresholds

    Orders $0.00 - $32.99: $11.99 Ground Shipping

    Orders $33.00 - $65.99: $15.99 Ground Shipping

    Orders $66.00 - $99.99: $19.99 Ground Shipping

    Orders $100 or greater: $29.99 Ground Shipping

    If you upgrade to Ground shipping, your order will ship via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (or USPS Priority Mail in few select cases, such as when shipping smaller items to a PO Box ). Transit time is 1 - 4 business days. Please keep in mind that processing time is not factored into the shipping time. Most orders ship the day after the order is placed, although orders can be in production for up to a few days.

    *Please note all logo'd greens can take up to 2 weeks in production*

    The FedEx map below outlines the transit times for the Ground Shipping Option (1-4 business days). Transit time does not account for processing, and most orders will ship next business day (ex. orders that are placed on Mondays will ship Tuesday etc, and orders placed Fridays will ship the next Monday). Exceptions to shipping next day include Custom Logo Orders, PuttUp and Hill Strikers.     FedEx Ground is used for commercial addresses, while FedEx Home Delivery is used for residential addresses.

    How transit time is calculated: The day the package is picked up does not count as a transit day, the day the package is delivered does count in transit time calculations. Example- Shipping to Florida takes 4 business days in transit and the order is shipped on a Monday. Tuesday is the first day, Wednesday the second, Thursday the third, and the Friday is the fourth day - so it can be expected to be delivered on Friday.

    Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Rates are based off of the shipment weight and delivery zip code. Transit times range from 3 - 10 business days. Questions? Email us at


    Items shipping into Canada will be shipped via FedEx International Ground or FedEx International Economy service. Rates are based off of the shipment weight, and do not include the duties or taxes you may need to pay when the items are received in Canada. Transit time is usually around 5-10 business days.     The following products cannot be shipped into Canada at this time: Build-your-own Classic greens, Build-your-own Double Depth greens, 7.5' wide Turf Putting Greens, and Hill-Strikers.


    Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following: used products, Putting Greens that have been printed with any custom logo/photo, Double Depth Putting Greens that have already been assembled, Blemished ShufflePutts, Clearance Turf Putting Greens, Hole Cutters or any Putting Green that has been customized with specifications outside of the normal offerings (e.g. a custom size green, custom hole placement, etc.) We cannot offer Free Returns, due to the high shipping cost of the putting greens. Please note that 7.5' wide turf putting greens ship via FedEx Freight and cost between $350 - $450 to ship one way. Returns of this product are pricey and we will keep all shipping costs associated with the return.

If you are set on returning your order, please read the following instructions carefully.

    Step 1: Reach out to customer service to initiate a return. Email and include your order number and/or email that is associated with the order. We will send you a document outlining your return options for your specific order. You have the option of purchasing a FedEx return label from us, or providing your own return shipping label. If using your preferred shipping carrier (U.S. Post Office, FedEx, UPS, etc.), ship the items you wish to return back to us at the address below. If purchasing a FedEx return label from us, the original packaging must be used. Please include a copy of your packing slip, or simply write your order number and name on the outside of the shipping box so we are clear who the return is coming from.

    Step 2: Pack your putting green back into the original shipping box - If the green has not been taken out of the box, simply tape the box up and ship it back. If the green has been taken out of the box, it needs to be packed up the same way it was received. The fuzzy side should be rolled on the outside, so it is touching the inside of the box. All accessories need to be placed in the middle, so as not to damage the putting surface. Nothing but the inside of the box should be touching the putting surface. If your order shipped in more than one box and you are purchasing FedEx return labels from us, it is important you pay attention to putting the correct label on the appropriate box. Detailed instructions will be included with your return labels. If you have questions about how to properly pack your putting green, please let us know. Not packing the green properly can result in the green being damaged during transit, and may affect your refund if not packed with care.

    Step 3: A refund (minus all shipping costs) will be issued based on the following guidelines- You will be refunded all but the actual shipping cost + return label cost if applicable. Actual shipping cost is the amount we were charged to initially ship the product to you. If you are in the Continental U.S. and spent over $100.00, you were not charged for shipping when you placed your order; however, the amount we paid to ship your products to you will be kept out of the refund. Please allow 14 business days for refunds to be processed, after the return has been received. 

    *If you would like to know how much your product cost to ship prior to returning your item, please email, and we can let you know what your refund will be and what will be kept for shipping. The product purchased, as well as the shipping location, will affect how much we were charged for shipping. Or we will send you a pre-paid FedEx return label and deduct the shipping costs from the refund.*

    If the putting green is not packed properly and the putting surface is damaged, we will keep up to 50% of the cost of the green + the actual shipping cost. If the original packaging is not used/incorrect box dimensions are provided to us before making the label, or the incorrect label is affixed to the wrong box, additional charges will be incurred based on our bill from FedEx.


    Bob wants to return his 4' x 14' putting green because it doesn't fit in his office. He spent $200.00, and got free shipping. He calls customer service and is told that his green cost $40 to ship to him (Your shipping cost will depend on what product you ordered, and where it was shipped). Bob needs to ship the green back to us, and has chosen to purchase his own shipping label. Once we receive Bob's green back, and make sure it is packed properly and is not damaged, we will issue a refund of $160.00 ($200 - $40). If Bob decides to purchase a FedEx Return Shipping label from us, we will issue a refund of $120 ($200 - $80).
