Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

United States (lower 48 states only)

Free shipping is offered on all orders over $100, shipping to the lower 48 states. This FREE shipping option will ship via FedEx SmartPost, which uses a combination of FedEx and the US Postal Service. Transit time for FedEx SmartPost is 5- 10 business days. Orders under $100 will have a flat-rate shipping charge of $6.99. You have the option of upgrading your shipping to FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (1- 4 business days) or another FedEx Express Service.  The cost will depend on what is being ordered and your shipping location. Express Options include FedEx 3-day shipping and FedEx 2-day shipping.  Please keep in mind that the day your order is placed does not count as one of the shipping days. It takes us 1-2 day to process and fulfill the order. Please email us at questions@birdieball.com with any shipping or transit time questions!

*Please note that all 8' wide greens require 2 days in production, and all logo'd greens take up to 10 business days in production*

Alaska & Hawaii

Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Rates are based off of the shipment weight. Transit times range from 3 - 10 business days. Questions? Email us at questions@birdieball.com.

Canada

Items shipping into Canada will be shipped via the United Sates Postal Service. Rates are based off of the shipment weight, and do not include the duties or taxes you may need to pay when the items are received in Canada. A $15 handling fee will be assessed at checkout on all orders shipping to Canada. Transit time is usually around 5-10 business days. Rest of the World

Items shipping to anywhere else in the world will be calculated based on the shipment weight and shipping location. All items will be shipped via United States Postal Service, and transit times vary depending on where you are located. Normally, it is anywhere from 5-14 business days. If you see an error message appear at any time during your checkout process, email us at questions@birdieball.com and we can assist you with calculating shipping costs and completing the order. Plese note that shipping charges do not necessarily cover any duties/taxes that the importing country may assess. Contact your local post office to find out how they assess importing duties.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following: used products, Putting Greens that have been printed with any custom logo/photo, Double Depth Putting Greens that have already been assembled, or any Putting Green that has been customized with specifications outside of the normal offerings (e.g. a custom size green, custom hole placement, etc.)

 Step 1: Pack your putting green back into the original shipping box - If the green has not been taken out of the box, simply tape the box up and ship it back. If the green has been taken out of the box, it needs to be packed up the same way it was received. The fuzzy side should be rolled on the outside, so it is touching the inside of the box. All accessories need to be placed in the middle, so as not to damage the putting surface. Nothing but the inside of the box should be touching the putting surface. If you have questions about how to properly pack your putting green, please let us know. Not packing the green properly can result in the green being damaged during transit, and may affect your refund if not packed with care.

 

Step 2: Using your preferred shipping carrier (U.S. Post Office, FedEx, UPS, etc.), ship the items you wish to return back to us (address below)- We do not send prepaid return labels. You are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Please include a copy of your packing slip, or simply write your order number and name on the outside of the shipping box so we are clear who the return is coming from.

 Step 3: A refund (minus our actual shipping cost) will be issued based on the following guidelines- You will be refunded all but the actual shipping cost. Actual shipping cost is the amount we were charged to initially ship the product to you. If you are in the Continental U.S. and spent over $50.00, you were not charged for shipping when you placed your order; however, the amount we paid to ship your products to you will be kept out of the refund.

 

*If you would like to know how much your product cost to ship prior to returning your item, please email questions@birdieball.com, and we can let you know what your refund will be and what will be kept for shipping. The product purchased, as well as the shipping location, will affect how much we were charged for shipping.*

 

If the putting green is not packed properly and the putting surface is damaged, we will keep 50% of the cost of the green + actual shipping.

 

EXAMPLE SCENARIO

 

Bob wants to return his 4' x 14' putting green because it doesn't fit in his office. He spent $180.00, and got free shipping. He calls customer service and is told that his green cost $40 to ship to him (Your shipping cost will depend on what product you ordered, and where it was shipped). Bob needs to ship the green back to us on his own dime. Once we receive Bob's green back, and make sure it is packed properly and is not damaged, we issue a refund of $140.00 ($180 - $40).
